Welcome to my training blog for Marathon running! Male, 5' 10'' 82kgs, 30 years old, Irish, decides to run a Marathon in under 4.30 hours having never ran further than 50 mins before. The willing guinea pig's hobbies include smoking, drinking, playing guitar and using the steam room in his local gym. Oh and a keen interest in football...on TV. My goal? I want to conquer this distance, without altering my lifestyle/ bad habits! 2 Marathons complete! 2009 & 2010
